FILTER COMPLEX FOR DEODORIZATION AND DUSTPROOFING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A deodorization-dustproof composite filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the surface of deodorization powder from being polluted by hot melt powder because a laminate for deodorization and a melt-blown nonwoven fabric for dustproof are bonded by a fine fiber and a web for the hot melt adhesion of a low basis weight. CONSTITUTION: A deodorization-dustproof composite filter and a manufacturing method thereof include a laminate for deodorization(10), a web for hot melt adhesion(20), and a melt-blown nonwoven fabric for dustproof(30). A laminate for deodorization is formed by laminating an upper web(13) comprised of a core-sheath type composite yarn after spraying a deodorization powder(12) on a web(11) comprised of a core-sheath type composite yarn. A web for a hot melt adhesion is laminated on the upper web of the laminate for deodorization. A melt-blown fabric for dustproof is laminated on the web for hot melt adhesion.
