PURPOSE: A transistor, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device including the same are provided to improve light reliability. CONSTITUTION: A channel layer(C1) is separated from a gate. A source and a drain are contacted to a first region and a second region of the channel layer, respectively. A light blocking layer(LB1) is located between the gate and one of the channel layer, the source, and the drain, and includes carbon based materials.
