PURPOSE: An automatic fuzzy system for a hot blast stove is provided to fundamentally prevent safety accidents due to mal-operation or a mistake by an operator by executing fuzzy operation after confirmation that a valve for blocking gas is closed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fuzzy system for a hot blast stove includes a control unit(110). When multiple hot blast stoves(10~40) are not in use, the control unit controls opening and closing of chimney valves(CH1,CH2), a burner gas valve(BGV), and a purge valve to automatically execute fuzzy operation and once completed, the operation is terminated. The gas stop valve is installed in a second pipe, and the control unit is connected with the gas stop valve to detect the state of opening and closing of the gas stop valve(G1V). The control unit checks the state of closing of the gas stop valve and opens the chimney valves, the burner gas valve, and the purge valve in order to supply purge gas to the multiple hot blast stoves. The multiple hot blast stoves are connected to the blast furnace with a fourth pipe. An opening/closing valve is installed in the fourth pipe. The control unit is connected to the opening/closing valve to detect the opening and closing state of the opening/closing valve.
