Inductors generating force pulses are mounted on supports under aircraft skin with spacing exceeding amplitude of second half-period of free oscillations of inductors with said support. Inductor electromagnetic field impacts follow at pulse period exceeding one but smaller than two half-periods of free oscillations of inductors with said support. Electric conductivity of aircraft skin is increased before applying force pulses.
