PURPOSE: A high pressure food liquefaction apparatus is provided to enable installing the apparatus horizontally, not vertically, so that the apparatus can be installed in one layer, not two or more layers as conventionally. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure food liquefaction apparatus comprises a base(10) to assemble and install parts of the high pressure food liquefaction apparatus at an upper part; a frame(12) of which both ends are fixed with a fixing device; a vessel body(40) to include a sample therein; first and second pressure parts(41)(46) closely adhere both ends of the vessel body; and an adhere operation unit(3) adheres to one side of the first pressure part. A moving plate(15) that moves the vessel body back and forth is included at an upper part of the base. The moving plate is operated by operation of a guide motor(16) located at a lower part of the moving plate and operation of a rec and a rec gear along both end rails(17). When the moving plate stops, a thid cylinder(23) is adhered to a bracket(25) to hold tightly on the base, and a sensor(18) that sends a signal to stop the moving plate on a setting location by moving back and forth near the bracket is disposed on the top of the base. An adhere operation unit(30) comprises a plurality of pusher dies(31) that are fixed on the base; a guide bar(32) moving left and right by a first cylinder(20) in the pusher dies; and a first pusher(33) that is disposed on an upper end and adheres a first pressing unit. |
