PURPOSE: A rotational member binding apparatus of a front jack for a cargo crane is provided to mass-produce front jacks by rapidly and simply binding a rotational member to a main body to be rotatably integrated. CONSTITUTION: A rotational member binding apparatus of a front jack for a cargo crane comprises a rotational member, a binding pin(30), a locking washer plate(40), an anti-rotation washer plate(50), and a coupling member. The rotational member is rotatably fitted in the lower part of a main body. The binding pin is simultaneously penetrated through both side plates of the main body and a rotation boss in order to be fitted. A hanging shaft part(31) having smaller diameter than external diameter is formed in one end of the binding pin. A protrusion(32) projected upward is formed in front end of the hanging shaft part to be integrated. The locking washer plate penetrates through the protrusion and is fitted on the exterior of the hanging shaft part. The anti-rotation washer plate is fitted on the exterior of the protrusion. The coupling member simultaneously penetrates coupling holes of the locking washer plate and coupling holes(52) of the anti-rotation washer plate to be thread-coupled with the main body in one body. |
