PURPOSE: A handling device for mounting a lug is provided to accurately position the lug at a predetermined mounting position and to control the minute displacement angle and the tilting angle of the lug. CONSTITUTION: A handling device for mounting a lug comprises a lifting unit(100), a slide moving unit(200), and a tilting angle controlling unit(300). The slide moving unit is installed at the top of the lifting unit and moves the lug fixed by a lug mounting unit(400). The tilting angle controlling unit is installed between the slide moving unit and the lug mounting unit to control the rotation and tilting of the lug.
