DECORATION SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a decorative sheet is provided to offer a crystal effect without inserting real crystals by including a lens layer with lenses arranged and a pearl printing layer. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a decorative sheet comprises: a step of preparing a transparent film layer(10); a step of preparing a pearl printing layer(20) on the lower part of the transparent film layer; and a step of forming a lens layer(30) by arranging multiple lenses on the upper part of the transparent film layer. The lens layer formation step comprises: a step of preparing a frame having lens-shaped grooves and filling the grooves with liquid hardening resin; a step of contacting the hardening resin with the surface of the transparent film layer by contacting the groove side of the frame and the transparent film layer; and a step of curing the hardening resin in the state of contacting with the surface of the transparent film layer. The lens layer formation step also comprises: a step of adhering multiple lenses on the upper part of a separate transparent base layer(40), and a step of forming an bonding layer(50) on the lower part of the transparent base layer and adhering to the transparent film layer. The lens layer is formed by multiple lenses directly adhered to the transparent film layer. The transparent film layer has the thickness so that the focus of the multiple lenses is positioned on the pearl printing layer.
