INSULATION MATERIAL FOR BUILDING AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A constructional insulation material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure stiffness and stability by forming an insulation panel with a stiffness material and to prevent transfer of radian heat through indoor/outdoor by reflecting radiant heat with a radiant heat reflection sheet. CONSTITUTION: A constructional insulation material(100) includes a first insulation panel(110), a second insulation panel(120), an intermediate panel(130), a first radiant heat reflection sheet(141) and a second radiant heat reflection sheet(142). The first insulation panel and the second insulation panel are formed with a material having high stiffness and excellent thermal insulation. The intermediate panel is inserted between the first insulation panel and the second insulation panel and includes a first groove pattern and a second groove pattern forming an air layer in a first plane(130a) and a second plane(130b). The first radiant heat reflection sheet is inserted between the first insulation panel and the intermediate panel. The second radiant heat reflection sheet is inserted between the second insulation panel and the intermediate panel.
