Each arrangement 24 comprises a length of flat bar 26 slidingly movable through a respective upright 12. An energy absorbing member 28 in the form of a block of rubber is provided to the upright 12 for instance upon an impact to one of the panels 14, the energy absorbing member 28 engages against the upright 12.
