The tension lever is suspended in a receiving part (42) that is detachably connected with a guide part (22) such that the binder element is rotated in a released state for fine adjustment of a screw (32). The screw is locked with a pressure part (12) that is connected with another guide part (20). A retaining part (44) is connected with the latter guide part for variable distance adjustments. |
