PURPOSE: A network camera having an infrared LED lamp is provided to automatically control brightness of the infrared LED lamp through an image sensor without a separate illuminance sensor. CONSTITUTION: A lamp unit(370) includes one or more LED modules. An image sensor unit(320) converts an image inputted through a lens unit(310) into a color signal. The image sensor unit measures illumination by using the converted color signal. A control unit(360) controls brightness of the lamp unit based on received illumination information.
