PURPOSE: A low power network construction method and an apparatus thereof are provided to transmit additional information by using a correlation value of a preamble which is repeatedly transmitted in a low power network. CONSTITUTION: A preamble code generator(410) generates a preamble code in a frame for broadcast information. The preamble code generator masks the preamble code. A preamble symbol generator(420) generates two or more preamble symbols by multiplying a diffusion code by two or more preambles. A transmission electrode(440) transmits packets based on a data payload and the two or more preamble symbols.
