PURPOSE: A method for preparing gelatin peptides by microwave and ultrasonic wave is provided to save enzyme and to quickly prepare low molecular peptides. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing gelatin peptides comprises: a step of treating fish skin by microwave under pH 2-5 to extract gelatin at 915-2450MHz for 10-60 minutes; a step of treating the gelatin solution by ultrasonic wave at 20-50kHz for 3 hours; and a step of adding enzyme. The enzyme includes pepsin, trypsin, or papain. |
