PURPOSE: A connecting device of a duct is provided to simplify a construction by converting a direction of a duct for transferring a collected sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device of a duct comprises a male frame(100) and a female frame(200). The male frame comprises a main body of the male frame(130) and a side plate of the male frame. The main body of the male frame comprises a joint which is protruded in one end, and a protrusion part for determining a position(110). The side plate of the male frame is extended to the other side from the main body of the male frame, forms the inner space. The female frame comprises a main body of the female frame(230) and a side plate of the female frame. The main body of the female frame comprises an accommodating chamber and a plurality of determining grooves(210) for a position which is corresponded to the protrusion part for determining a position. The side plate of the female frame is extended to the other side from the main body of the female frame, forms the inner space. The determining grooves for a position are formed to the other surface of the main body of the female frame for converting a direction which the male frame combines with the female frame.
