PURPOSE: A driver anti dazzling system for a vehicle and a method thereof is provided to prevent the dazzle of a driver according to light irradiated from a headlight of a vehicle in the opposite side and to secure view of the driver by controlling areal light transmittance of windshield glass by utilizing a vehicle tilt data obtained by the tilt sensor. CONSTITUTION: A driver anti dazzling system for a vehicle and a method thereof comprises tilt sensors(1,2), transparent thin film(6a~6d), a vehicle body control module(3), and a current controller(4). The tilt sensor is installed in order to sense about vehicle tilt. The transparent thin films are coated on surface of a windshield glass(5) and controls light transmittance according to supplied a current density. The car body control module is connected to the tilt sensor and determines the current density supplied to a transparent thin layer according to a signal of the tile sensor. The current controller is connected to the vehicle body control module and supplies a current by controlling the current density with the transparent thin layer according to the signal of the vehicle body control module.
