FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of electrophysical parameters of solar cells based on use of devices which enable to imitate (simulate) real solar radiation using artificial light sources along with the necessary and built-in electronic equipment to provide a process of measuring and determining parameters of solar cells in order to evaluate performance characteristics thereof. The method of determining voltage-current characteristics of silicon solar cells on a solar radiation simulator involves irradiating the measured and reference solar cells with a light pulse from a single pulsed light source, determining from the characteristics of the reference solar cell calibration parameters of the measuring system of the simulator, applying across the controlled solar cell in the duration of the flat part of the pulse T=(1·10-1·10) mcs a controlled bias voltage U(t) with increment ?t=(3-30) mcs and measuring current I(t) flowing through said cell, and the calibration parameters used are I- short-circuit current, A; I- reverse current, A; ? - time constant, mcs; bias voltage U(t) is controlled according to a certain relationship.EFFECT: high accuracy of determining voltage-current characteristics of solar cells during pulsed illumination.1 ex |
