FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for drilling channel in bone. Device for bone processing contains cutter, holder with shank on proximal end, coupling, made from metal spring, which has direction of coiling, corresponding to direction of inclination of cutter cutting edges, and flexible rod, placed in inner channel of holder. Device is provided with connector, cutter - shank with screw thread, rod being provided with spike-like limiter, installed on its distal end. Holder is made in form of two concentric hollow springs. Internal spring is made with screw coiling, direction of coils in which is opposite to direction of coils on outer spring. Connector is fixed on distal end of holder and is made in form of ring. Internal lateral surface of ring has screw thread with direction of thread opposite to direction of screw thread on cutter shank. Holder shank and cutter with shank have longitudinal through channels. Channels are continuation of longitudinal channel of inner spring of holder in proximal and distal directions respectively. Rod is placed inside channels with possibility of longitudinal travel and rotation.EFFECT: application of device makes it possible to perform processing of long channels in bone, which has different structure, in efficient way.2 dwg |
