Use of anticorrosion additives to protect aluminum and /or aluminum alloys in a finishing process

Anti-corrosion additive for aluminum- and/or aluminum alloys in manufacturing processes comprises at least one triazole; and a reaction product of at least one 3-24C-alkylene glycol and at least one carboxylic acid anhydride. An independent claim is also included for producing the anti-corrosion additive, comprising producing the reaction product of the alkylene glycol and the carboxylic acid anhydride, either by (a) melting the carboxylic acid anhydride, and then adding the alkylene glycol at 60[deg] C, or (b) reacting the carboxylic acid anhydride and the alkylene glycol at 60[deg] C, and then adding the triazole and optionally other components of the reaction product.
