ELECTROPHORETIC DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrophoresis image display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the stability and reliability of charged particles in a lower substrate. CONSTITUTION: A shadow mask(400) is arranged on a partition(130). A polymer film(300) is formed in the rear side of the shadow mask or the upper part of the partition. Charged particles(150) and first solvent(140) are filled in pixel regions by using the polymer film and the shadow mask. The first solvent is volatilized. Second solvent is filled in the pixel regions. An upper substrate is attached to a lower substrate(100) by using a sealing layer.
