PURPOSE: A recycled aggregate material for a backfilling material is provided to satisfy a thermal property. CONSTITUTION: A recycled aggregate material for a backfilling material of a transmission and distribution pipe is formed of waste concrete. The recycled aggregate contains: 100% of a material with a size of 9.53mm; 85-95% of a material with a size of 4.75mm; 50-60% of a material with a size of 2.0mm; 30-40% of a material with a size of 0.85mm; and 10-20% of a material with a size of 0.425mm. The recycled aggregate material contains 10% or more of modified CBR(California bearing ratio).
