APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF IF CONNECTOR IN PORTABLE TERMINAL AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A device for preventing corrosion of an intermediate frequency connector in a portable terminal is provided to prevent supply of reverse power from being supplied to the intermediate frequency connector, thereby preventing corrosion of the intermediate frequency connector. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate frequency connector corrosion prevention device includes an intermediate frequency connector(20), a load switch(30), and a battery(50). The intermediate frequency connector and the load switch are mounted in a main board. The intermediate frequency connector outputs power, which is supplied from an external power supply device, to the load switch through a VBAT line.
