PURPOSE: A sensing light emitting device with an image monitoring function is provided to add a video camera lens, thereby supplying a theft prevention monitoring function. CONSTITUTION: One or more light emitting devices(21) and an infrared ray sensor(23) are prepared on a surface of a circuit substrate. An upper case(1) is installed at an upper circumference of a lower case(2). A cover module(13) is installed on the upper case. A sensor cover(12) is installed on the cover module. A video camera body(3) operates a photographing and emitting device when a heating source enters into a sensing range.
