<p>Disclosed is a vesicle-containing composition which exhibits excellent stability in the presence of a water-soluble medical agent. Specifically disclosed is a vesicle-containing composition which is characterized by containing (A) a silicone surfactant, (B) 0.001-0.2% by mass of one or more anionic surfactants that are selected from among polyoxyethylene alkyl(12-15) ether phosphates, acylmethyl taurine salts and acylglutamates, (C) a polar oil and/or a silicone oil having an IOB of 0.05-0.80, and (D) water that contains a water-soluble medical agent in an amount of 0.5-5% by mass relative to the composition. The vesicle-containing composition is also characterized in that: (A) the silicone surfactant forms vesicles; (B) the anionic surfactants adhere to the surface of each vesicle; and (C) the polar oil and/or the silicone oil is present in the bilayer membrane of each vesicle.</p> |
