PURPOSE: A stepped dust collector using a ceramic filter is provided to make treatment amount control of device, dust load amount control of the filter and miniaturization of the device possible by forming the ceramic filter mounting modules into the stepped assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: The stepped dust collector using the ceramic filter gets regular module steps(110,115,120) as stepped layer in the arrangement of ceramic filter(500). The module step and module step of the row arrangement can be assembled. By dust guiding plate(210) between the module steps the dust falling from the upper module step is induced to the center path. Each module step is protected from the dust falling from the other module step. The ceramic filter dust collector is possible of miniaturization and gets best functionality through the effective control of the generated dust and collection. |
