PURPOSE: A smart conference management system is provided to conveniently search conference related information and minimize a handout by using a mobile terminal, thereby supplying convenience to participants. CONSTITUTION: A participant information database(210) inputs information and right information for participants in advance. A receiving unit(220) receives barcodes including participant ID codes inputted from participant terminals. The receiving unit distributes the barcodes as a handout in a conference entrance.
