PURPOSE: A ship mooring facility is provided to reduce the vertical and horizontal motions of a loading arm by reducing the relative motion of ships while the ships are moored. CONSTITUTION: A ship mooring facility comprises a first ship, a second ship, and a motion control member(300). The first ship comprises a ballast tank. The second ship is moored on the first ship. The motion control member controls the relative motion of the second ship against the first ship while the second ship is moored in the first ship. The motion control member comprises a weight body(310) and a connection member(320).
