NOVEL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE EXPRESSION OF THE PROTEIN AND POLYMERIC MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A method for expressing and storing sequential information and a chemical property of protein and a high molecule material with waves is provided to simplify information of a complex high molecule material by digitizing physical/chemical properties of monomers. CONSTITUTION: Sequential information is composed by digitizing a physical/chemical property of a monomer. A hydrophilic or hydrophobic property of the monomer is digitized based on a Kow value or a hydropathy index value. The physical/chemical property is expressed based on the sequential information with waves. Data with waves is processed by using Fourier series and Fourier transform based on a trigonometric function.
