<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which reliably prevents warpage accompanying temperature change even when the optical information recording medium has two or more thin layers including a recording film. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 10a includes a first thin film layer 40a including a recording film 42a, a first resin layer 50a, a second thin film layer 60a including a recording film 62a and a second resin layer 70a sequentially on a substrate 20a. A neutral plane of deformation generated by temperature change is set to exist in the second thin film layer 60a to be a thin film layer having a thin film having the largest product of the Young's modulus and the film thickness of the film material of the thin film layers by selecting the linear expansion coefficient and the Young's modulus of the first resin layer 50a.
