The screw has lower and upper ends (10, 9) for connecting a component (4) with another component (5), and a hollow space (8) along a longitudinal direction (7) of the screw. The hollow space has a base at the lower end for forming the cup-like hollow space. A medium (12) e.g. fluid sodium and fluid potassium, is filled in the hollow space that is designed as a borehole and a heat pipe (23) that is arranged in another borehole (24). A part of a wall of the hollow space protrudes over the upper end. |
