<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very administrable oral composition obtained by improving bitterness of glucosamine which is conventionally a problem. <P>SOLUTION: The oral composition contains 0.1-10 wt.% taurine and the glucosamine and/or a salt thereof. The bitterness which is conventionally the problem and which is apt to be felt when a large amount of the glucosamine is administered is especially reduced by the composition.
