<p>PURPOSE: An access management system, a method, a server, an affiliated server, and a computer readable medium are provided to reduce a data size of user account management and reuse the same user ID. CONSTITUTION: An access management service(204) includes an issuing unit and an account deletion unit. The issuing unit issues a token corresponding to a managed user account in response to a demand of an affiliated server. The account deletion unit deletes a user account satisfying a predetermined deletion condition. When other server demands a token corresponding to the user account, the affiliated server obtains the token. An obtaining unit registers the user account in an access management server and obtains the token for a registered user account.
