RECOMBINANT E.COLI PRODUCING FATTY ACID, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FATTY ACID USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A recombinant E.coli which produces fatty acid and a method for preparing fatty acid using the same are provided to simultaneously express fabB and tesA or fabF and teas. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant E.coli which produces fatty acid is transformed by a recombinant plasmid. The recombinant plasmid contains: a nucleotide(fabB, sequence number 1) with genetic information of KASI(beta-keto acyl-acyl carrier protein synthase I) of E.coli K-12 MG1655; a nucleotide(fabF, sequence number 2) with genetic information of KASII(beta-keto acyl-acyl carrier protein synthase II) of E.coli K-12 MG1655; or a nucleotide(tesA, sequence number 3) with genetic information of thioesterase I of E.coli K-12 MG1655.
