MANUFACTURING METHOD OF METALLIC HOLLOW FIBER HAVING POROSITY

PURPOSE: The manufacturing method of a porous metal hollow fiber filter medium is provided to manufacture a metal hollow fiber filter medium without performing a first sintering process in a metal coating process for the pore size of a metal hollow fiber. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a porous metal hollow fiber filter medium includes following steps. A metal precursor solution is manufactured by dispersing one or more metal powder and polymer selected from a transition metal and a group comprised of an oxide and alloy thereof to a solvent. A multi layer metal hollow fiber precursor is manufactured by radiating the metal precursor solution. A metal hollow fiber precursor having porosity is manufactured by processing the metal hollow fiber precursor at 800-1000°C and oxidizing the polymer. A metal is coated in the surface of the metal hollow fiber precursor. A metal hollow fiber having porosity is manufactured by sintering a metal hollow fiber precursor coated with the metal. A step sintering a metal hollow fiber precursor is not included between a step manufacturing the metal hollow fiber precursor and a step coating a metal hollow fiber precursor.
