<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for ameliorating mood disorder by finding out a substance having mode disorder ameliorating activity and not increasing weight of uterine from a highly safety plant extract, and comprising the substance as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for ameliorating mood disorder comprises an extract of Tillia platyphyllos as the active ingredient.
