The belt (12) has a control element for entering data. An optical display element e.g. picture screen or display, outputs two information, where one of the information is independent from the other information. The display element comprises a lighting unit, with which a functionality of an illuminating unit and/or a direction indicator of a motor car (10) are provided. An actuator e.g. piezoelectric actuator, outputs acoustic signals. A set of lamps are arranged behind translucent and opaque areas of the belt. The lighting unit is selected from LEDs, organic LEDs or optical waveguides. An independent claim is also included for a motor car.
