PURPOSE: An aluminum dross reprocessing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to make a fixed amount of the waste dross heated by oxidation reaction remained in a collection furnace to secure more calories in the collection furnace, thereby reducing energy. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum dross reprocessing method comprises the following steps of : the step of heating a processing dross over the aluminum melting point by injecting the processing dross collected in a smelting furnace into the inside of a revolving furnace(30), and then closing the revolving furnace; the step of suppressing the oxidation of the processing dross by forming the neutral atmosphere by the injection of an inert gas into the revolving furnace; the step of separating aluminum from the processing dross by revolving the revolving furnaces with the injected dross, the step of collecting aluminum separated from the processing dross by opening the outlet of the revolving furnace; the step of heating the revolving furnace with the oxidation heat of the waste dross by injecting oxygen into the revolving furnace; the step of making 2-25% of the waste dross among the waste dross which complete the heating of the revolving furnace to remain in the revolving furnace, and discharging the rest of the waste dross from the revolving furnace through the inlet; and the step of heating the processing dress at the temperature over the aluminum melting process with the calories of the heated revolving furnace and the rest dross by injecting the processing dross collected from the smelling furnace in the revolving furnace with the 2-25% of oxidized waste dross remained. |
