PURPOSE: A forming mold having a simple manufacturing process after molding and having a low bending occurrence rate and a manufacturing method of a green compact using the same are provided to manufacture the green compact having a very high density which does not require an additional process to increase density, thereby reducing the manufacture time of the green compact. CONSTITUTION: A forming mold(100) includes a first mold(10), a second mold(20), a top capping unit(30), a bottom capping unit(40) and half cylinder molds(10a,10b). The second mold covers the circumference of the first mold. The top capping unit is placed at the upper end of the second mold. The bottom capping unit is placed at the lower end of the second mold. The first mold includes two half cylinder molds which are separated each other. The forming mold additionally includes a support member(50) covering the circumference of the upper end of the first mold or the circumference of the lower end of the first mold. The support member has a ring shape. The material of the support member includes teflon or viton. The forming mold additionally includes the top capping unit, the bottom capping unit or a reinforcing member covering the circumference of the second mold. The forming mold additionally includes a buffer member(60) buffing a green compact.
