PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hot press molded part in which cracking is suppressed is provided to economically suppress cracking on a hot press molder part with simple methods. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hot press molded part in which cracking is suppressed comprises the following steps: collecting blank from a galvanized steel sheet; heating the collected blank; extracting the heated blank; transferring the extracted blank; pressing and forming the transferred blank. A transfer time is set by standards is as follows: If Fe average content is below 40 wt%, the transfer time> 0.12×Zn bonding weight(g/m2) +7.8; If Fe average content is 40~65 weight%, the transfer time> 0.1×Zn bonding weight(g/m2) +6; the transfer time is set up 20 seconds or less. The extraction temperature of the blank is 750-50°C.
