The method involves measuring an electrical received power in an electrical power line to be supplied with an electrical power. A power requirement of batteries (3a-3c) is determined. The intensity of charging of the batteries is proportionally controlled depending on the measured received power, determined power requirement, a time of day and priority allocated to the batteries or electrically driven vehicles (2a-2c) such that the measured electrical received power in the power line is smaller than or equal to a defined maximum connection power. An independent claim is also included for a system for controlling intensity of charging a battery in an electrical power line. |
