CONSTITUTION: A lower frame(128) has a flat shape. A light guide plate(116) is arranged in the upper part of the lower frame. The light guide plate guides light. At least one light emitting diode bar is arranged to the side of the light guide plate. A diffusing plate(118) is arranged in the upper part of the light guide plate and diffuses the light.
