MANUFACTURING METHOD OF META ARAMID NONWOVEN FABRIC AND META ARAMID NONWOVEN FABRIC MANUFACTURED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a meta-aramide non-woven fabric is provided to variously change electrospinning conditions and to manufacture a fiber product and a web product with excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a meta-aramide non-woven fabric comprises: a step of polymerizing meta phenylene diamine and isophthaloyl chloride in an amide-based solvent and adding a neutralizing agent; a step of preparing meta-aramide and diluting; a step of electrospinning at 70-100 deg. C. to prepare meta-aramide fibers; a step of collecting meta-aramide fibers and forming a non-woven fabric; a step of heating and pressing the non-woven fabric at 250-300 deg. C.
