PURPOSE: A recombinant protein containing two or more BRG-1-derived bromodomains is provided to enhance radiosensitivity in cancer cells and cancer cell apoptosis, and to ensure anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant protein contains two or more BRG-1-derived bromodomains. The bromodomains are denoted by amino acid sequence 1. The recombinant protein enhances radiosensitivity in cells and additionally contains a cell internalization sequence. The cell internalization sequence contains an amino acid of polyarginine, antennapedia, TAT, HIV-Tat, penetratin, Antp-3A(Antp mutant), Buforin II, MAP(model amphiphilic peptide), K-FGF, Ku70, prion, pVEC, Pep-1, SynB1, Pep-7, HN-1, BGSC (bis-guanidinium-spermidin-cholesterol), or BGTC (bis-guanidinium-tren-cholesterol). The recombinant protein additionally contains a tumor-specific targeting sequence such as an RGD, NGR, or GSL motif. A radiosensitizer composition for radiation therapy for cancer contains the recombinant protein as an active ingredient.
