A device is provided for continuously and concentrically transporting documents of different width through a passageway at a high speed. The device comprises a pair of opposed rollers 131 rotatably mounted on the opposite sides of a passageway 11 to grasp the opposite sides of a bill 70 between rotators 131, 132.
