FUNCTIONAL COMPOUND FOR PREVENTING THE HARMFUL SUBSTANCE OF A CONCRETE AND GROUND REINFORCEMENT COMPOSITION USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional admixture for preventing the harmful substance of a concrete is provided to prevent soil contamination by fixing and stabilizing 6-valent chrome and heavy metals in cement. CONSTITUTION: A functional admixture for preventing the harmful substance comprises 25-60 weight% of ultra-high-early-strength inorganic binder, 10-40 weight% of an attapulgite processed powder, 5-25 weight% of a silica fume, and 5-15 weight% of silica flower. A manufacturing method of the inorganic binder comprises: a step of mixing 20-50 parts by weight of limestone and 2-7 parts by weight of gypsum dehydrate into 100.0 parts by weight of bauxite which contains 40-60 weight% of an Al2O3 component; a step of sintering the mixture for 2-3 hours at 1300-1400 °C; a step of cooling and pulverizing the sintered mixture at 60 °C or less; a step of mixing 10-20 parts by weight of gypsum into the mixture and pulverizing the same.
