METHODE OF SORTING TO EMBRYO BUD OF RICE

PURPOSE: An embryo bud screening method is provided to screen embryo buds useful for the body from the rice bran which is dumped or used for compost or feedstuff after polishing and to automate the process of yielding the embryo buds with high purity and high quality. CONSTITUTION: An embryo bud screening method comprises the following steps: a raw material supplying step which transfers absorbing the rice bran by a vacuum tube installed at the terminal of a conveyor belt which transfers the rice bran(S100); a careful selection step of raw material which sorts the foreign substances and the refined rice bran using sieves with different meshes(S200); an embryo bud separation step yields the semi-refined embryo buds with the foreign substances filtered from the refined rice bran(S300); a color sorting step which yields the refined embryo buds using an image sorting means(S400); and a cleaning step which washes the refined embryo buds with cleansing water(S500). The embryo bud screening method additionally includes a steam sterilization step which sterilizes the refined embryo buds by letting the steam with high temperature flow into the steam housing(S600a). The careful selection step of raw material comprises the first selection process which collects the large particles filtering the foreign substances of large particles in the first collection part with the first sorter; the second selection process which collects the small particles filtering the foreign substances of small particles in the second collection part with the second sorter; and the third selection process which collects the refined rice bran in the third collection part as the refined rice bran falls on the conveyor rack. The color sorting step comprises a process that radiates light to the semi-embryo buds using LED light source which is equipped in a dark room; a process that analyzes a digital image of the semi-embryo buds on which light is radiated filmed with CCD camera; a process which an ejector, which transmitted the analyzed value of the digital image, sorts the fine foreign substances and the denatured embryo buds from the semi-embryo buds.
