PURPOSE: Residential facilities equipped with a wind force and photovoltaic generation block is provided to reinforce generation capability by effectively inducing wind in a wide wind generation farm and to provide residence, job and power generation facilities in a poor region. CONSTITUTION: Residential facilities equipped with a wind force and photovoltaic generation consists of connecting the bottom plane of a middle floor and the rooftop bottom plane in the upper part of a bottom plane(60), having a residential block(120) between the floors, forming residence or farming region in the residential block, symmetrically convexly forming photovoltaic power generation plate(105') in the rooftop bottom plane of the residential block and forming a horizontal type wind power generator(130) in the convex part of the photovoltaic power generation plate. |
