PURPOSE: An SNP marker of WDR21A gene for predicting steroidal reactivity is provided to prevent and treat asthma. CONSTITUTION: An SNP marker of WDR21A gene for predicting steroidal reactivity of a patient with asthma is selected within a gene WD repeat domain 21A(WDR21A) of sequence number 1 and is a polynucleotide having 8-100 serial DNA sequence with -10073th base(C or G) from a translation initiation point or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A method for providing information for predicting reactivity comprises a step of isolating genome DNA from a subject and a step of detecting the polynucleotide.
