PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thermoelectric film is provided to perform mass production through an automatic process by mutually joining an N-type thermal conductive film and a P-type thermal conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(112) is deposited on the top side of a material(110). A patterned electrode layer(120) is deposited on the top side of the dielectric layer. A barrier layer(130) is deposited on the top side of the electrode layer. An N-type thermoelectric element or a P-type thermoelectric element(140) is deposited on the top side of the barrier layer. An N-type thermal conductive film and a P-type thermal conductive film are welded and a thin thermal conductive film is manufactured. |
