The invention relates to a modular system for using the cold and/or BOG in a liquefied natural gas regasification plant, said system comprising a first open Brayton cycle (I); a second Rankine cycle (II) that uses ammonia as a heat transfer fluid; a third low-temperature cycle (III); means that allow the cycles to operate together or separately for the production of electricity; and a system (IV) for coupling between the Rankine cycle (II) and the low-temperature cycle (III) that uses the cold contained in the LNG flow pumped by an LNG pump (3R), for which it is coupled to a sea water vaporizer (4R), and via the flow of a seawater capturing pump (2R). The invention is applicable to LNG regasification plants, or any other plant with devatting of liquids at a low temperature for the modular production of electrical energy, heat and cold.
